The Weight is Over

Had my second run since the marathon this morning. Jumped on the scale and weighed in at 193 lbs, that's 9 lbs dropped since my McSkillet McStake breakfast on July 11. 9 lbs in 9 days, that is well on course to the 10-15 lbs in 3-6 weeks.

I know, I know. It was immediately after running so a lot of it is water weight. And the first pounds drop like nothing. But still I haven't seen 193 in a long while. It's only 8 pounds off my target goal of 185 lbs.

So this FUN-ctional workout of pogoing, unicycling, juggling, slacklining, parkour/free-runninng and fun swimming is really working and FUN!!!!
