Aerial Arts=Funtastic Time

Skye and I signed up to take this Aerial Arts class put together by and for homeschoolers. It is awesome. What a way to get a work out. So much FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!




Skye loves it and is quite a natural, just flying around on the silk ribbons.

And yes we have video. Skye is mellow and calm, like in a trance. I too feel like I'm in a trance, like ready to hurl type of not-so-good trance. And then finally I'm swirling listening to my shoulder go pop,pop,pop like some kid of machine gun or popcorn maker.

Time to start doing my physical therapy again on that ol' snowboard injury. You know the one that happened 30 seconds into my first snow board run ever. You know the one tore apart my right shoulder. Yeah that one.
